Parent School Counsling Referral

If you are interested referring your child to meet with the school counselor, please fill out this form and give me at minimum 2-3 days to check in with them. 

 

As a school counselor, I can assist your child in academic, social/emotional, and college/career needs. To name a few, I am equipped to help with finding tutoring resources, speaking with teachers, making referrals for long-term counseling (therapy), school climate, home life, learning about high school requirements, colleges, trade schools, military, and more. 

 

Per confidentiality, I am ethically bound to keep what is said in the sessions between myself and the student. Confidentiality will be breached if the student informs me that they are hurting themselves, they are hurting someone else, someone is hurting them or they give me permission to share with another adult. I am available to check back in with you, if desired, to inform you of what I am ethically allowed to divulge (i.e. student is safe, they need this, etc.)

I know you all care very much about your child and they are so lucky to have you! Let's do our part in trying to keep them safe, happy, and healthy!

 

I am available from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
